Role: Our counter sales associates are among our most important assets at R.F. Fager Company as they serve an important role in building productive relationships with our customers. As a counter sales associate, you’ll become part of the Counter Sales Team that our customers rely on to get their jobs done right. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to our customers. Assist our customers in person or on the phone with their plumbing project needs. Processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up and problem solving. Help build relationships with our customers. Qualifications: A sound understanding of the plumbing and heating field. Great communication and customer care skills. Must possess basic computer skills with an attention to detail.
