Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Marketplace defines and drives the strategy, revenue, growth, profitability, and overall experience of Terryberry’s Global Rewards Marketplace. A senior individual contributor with enterprise-wide ownership, leveraging customer feedback, redemption analytics, competitive intelligence, and financial performance to evolve the marketplace.Responsibilities include owning marketplace strategy and assortment/category strategy; driving growth and commercial performance (revenue, gross margin, redemption, profitability); establishing KPIs; improving vendor economics; serving as voice of the customer; partnering with Purchasing on vendor and commercial strategy; shaping the marketplace product roadmap with Product/Technology; driving cross-functional execution; and strengthening marketplace positioning with Marketing and Sales.What You Will Bring: 5+ years in marketplace/e-commerce/category/merchandising/vendor or related roles; strategy execution with revenue/margin accountability; strong analytics and financial acumen; vendor/partner experience; cross-functional influence; excellent communication; and a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
