Position OverviewThe Vice President of Product leads the strategy, priorities, and performance of Terryberry's employee engagement SaaS portfolio—translating business strategy and customer needs into a focused roadmap, delivered capabilities, and measurable results. This leader helps win, retain, and expand customers by making products easier to implement, administer, use, and grow with. Reports to the President and serves on the senior leadership team; partners closely with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer leadership.Key responsibilities span product strategy and business results, customer and market understanding, product development and delivery, user experience and adoption, launch readiness and organizational alignment, and team leadership and accountability.Key qualifications include 10+ years progressive B2B SaaS product management (team leadership included), proven impact on adoption/retention/expansion, portfolio simplification and growth experience, strong discovery/prioritization/UX skills, technical fluency, commercial judgment, talent development track record, and relevant domain experience preferred.
