Terryberry is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategy with our business goals. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, the HRBP will provide partnership for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day to day HR support, and execution of company strategies. This is a unique opportunity to influence our company culture, help develop our high-performing teams, and ensure the success of our workforce as we expand. The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership, team members, and the HR team to support and execute people strategies that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, preferably within high-growth SaaS or tech environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace.
