Suited Connector (SuCo) is looking for a data-driven Senior Affiliate Channel Manager to lead and optimize our affiliate marketing network for our Mortgage and Insurance verticals. This role will focus on analyzing our networks performance, identifying growth opportunities and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our affiliate partners are driving measurable results. If you love diving into numbers, connecting the dots and working with multiple teams to execute strategy, this is the role for you!
Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure 😉):
- Performance Monitoring: You will the monitor the health, viability and performance of our affiliate network through tracking platforms, Excel/Google Sheets and other analytics tools.
- Data Analysis & Trend Identification: You will analyze affiliate traffic, conversions, quality and ROI to provide actionable insights, as well as identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across the affiliate program.
- Reporting & Dashboards: You will develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Network Management: You will assist in affiliate campaign trouble shooting, planning, execution and optimization for our Mortgage and Insurance verticals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams and leaders to align affiliate strategies with SuCo’s goals, and ensure campaigns are optimized for performance.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Cross-Functional Communication & Team Partnership: You have excellent communication and project management skills and can partner effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Affiliate Marketing Experience: You have 3+ years of affiliate management experience or performance marketing experience, with a strong understanding of affiliate networks, performance marketing and digital marketing channels.
- Analytical Mastery: You have
strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization, and are comfortable using tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools to optimize performance. - Insight Translation: You have an ability to translate data insights into actional recommendations.
- Team Player: You are a committed, accountable and positive team player who strives to exceed personal and team goals.

The Other Details You Really Want to Know:
- Preferred Locations: Denver, CO or Los Angeles, CA
- Base Salary Range: i.e., $110,000 - $130,000
- Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation
- Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
