Suited Connector (SuCo) is seeking a relentless Business Development Representative to join our team and expand upon our awesome sales team. Specifically, our team needs an individual with a solid understanding of online marketing and account development skills to help us grow our pipeline of clients across multiple of our product lines. We are seeking a tenacious individual who thrives in seeking out, engaging, and building new client relationships with key players in the Health Insurance, Mortgage, and Home Services industries.

Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure 😉):

  • Hunter Mentality – Relentless in identifying prospective partners and connecting with key decision makers to drive new business. We don’t wait for leads – we go out and find them.
  • Sales Strategy - A proven track record of breaking through barriers, objection handling, and getting in front of decision makers. (Persistence is key, but in a tactful manner)
  • Perseverance & Grit – Over-achiever when it comes to hitting sales targets through cold calling, emailing, conferences, networking, referral partnerships, and other lead-generation tactics.
  • Pitching & Closing – Comfortable running a full sales cycle, from delivering sales presentations through contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Resourceful – As we continue to go to market with our brands, unlimited opportunity lies ahead. But with growth always comes change…and because micromanagement is not in our vocabulary, we are looking for someone who is extremely disciplined, detail-oriented and adaptable.

What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Experience – 2-3+ years in a high-volume, outbound business development/sales role, or lead generation industry experience. Extra points if you have both.
  • Coachable & Ambitious – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, open to learning our results-driven approach.
  • Industry Knowledge – Huge perk if you have an understanding of the insurance, mortgage or home service industry.
  • Your Toolkits – CRM savvy, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

The Other Details You Really Want to Know:

  • Preferred Locations: Denver, CO or Southern, CA
  • Base Salary Range: i.e., $60,000 to $80,000
  • Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation
  • Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
