Who We Are

We are a growing paving, concrete, and earthwork contractor seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Estimator / Project Engineer to join our team. We specialize in site development, grading, excavation, underground utilities, concrete construction, asphalt paving, and public and private infrastructure projects.

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for earthwork, concrete, asphalt, and site development projects
• Review plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Support project managers with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Track project costs and assist with monthly reporting
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and site visits
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, project engineering, or project management within the construction industry
• Knowledge of grading, excavation, paving, and concrete construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with estimating software is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• With 5+ years of experience salary can be negotiable
