What You'll Do

This role oversees national paving operations and manages projects from planning through completion. You will lead project execution, manage budgets and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and national project activity
• Plan, schedule, and manage asphalt and concrete paving projects
• Manage project budgets, financials, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, crews, and subcontractors
• Improve operational processes and maintain safety and compliance standards

What You Bring

• 8–10+ years of construction or paving industry experience
• Strong leadership, project management, and budgeting experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Spanish and construction software experience are a plus
• Willingness to travel
