Job Summary
The HVAC Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products through inbound and outbound communication. This role focuses on building relationships with customers, providing technical guidance, preparing quotes, and closing sales over the phone or via email.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service
- Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers.
- Promote and sell HVAC products, parts, to residential and commercial clients.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and order forms.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and past customers to generate repeat business.
- Technical Support
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers.
- Match customer needs with appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Administrative
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in Solar Eclipse.
- Track inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience (HVAC or related industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
