The Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing the credit granting process, assessing
creditworthiness, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This
role is vital in maintaining the financial health of the organization by minimizing bad debt and
optimizing cash flow.

JOB DUTIES:
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers.
• Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures.
• Set credit limits and negotiate payment terms.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and manage collections.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to resolve credit issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal credit regulations.
• Prepare and present credit reports to senior management.
• Lead and train the credit control team.
• Review and update credit scoring systems and lending criteria.
• Financial modeling and data analysis.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related
field preferred.
• Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis or credit management.
• Proficiency in accounting and credit management software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of international credit standards and regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
