About the Role
We are looking for a LEAD SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT to join our development team. In this role, you will:
- Design and develop architectural approaches for our next generation products in an Azure environment.
- Create high-level product specifications which consider dependencies and system integrations
- Work closely with Director of Software Engineering to provide inputs to the development roadmap
- Ensure software meets requirements of quality, security, scalability, etc.
- Incorporate new and improve upon existing processes
- Lead by example and influence with a strong positive attitude
- Ensure adherence to Agile methods and continuous improvement
- Motivate and mentor department employees to do their best work
What Do You Need?
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, OR relevant work experience
- 10+ years working within engineering teams, with 4+ years spent in an architect role in a SaaS environment
- The proven ability to lay the framework for enterprise software applications
- Proficient and hands on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Azure Cloud Services
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (or similar container/orchestration)
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing data pipelines for AI-driven solutions
- Skill in prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for improving AI accuracy and relevance
- Advanced knowledge of multi-agent system design and agentic workflow implementation
- Hands-on experience with MCP servers and Agent-to-Agent protocols for automating end-to-end AI processes
- Excellent knowledge of scalable application design and architecture
- Willingness to investigate and explore new technologies and evaluate their value
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail

Where You’ll Be:
