Regional Vice President
Operations
United States
Company Overview
Founded in 2025, Origin Exterior Partners (OEP) partners with market-leading service providers across the United States in the premium residential and commercial fencing, decking, and hardscapes markets. OEP enables founders and business owners to preserve their legacy and local brand identity while gaining access to strategic, financial, and operating resources that support long-term growth. Our network is composed of leading operators and high-performing teams committed to exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.
Position Overview
The Regional Vice President is responsible for the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of approximately 5-10 fencing, decking, and hardscapes businesses located across the United States. This executive will have full P&L accountability for the portfolio and will partner closely with local Presidents, General Managers, founders, and functional leaders to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value.
The Regional Vice President must possess a broad understanding of all major business functions, including operations, sales, marketing, recruiting, labor management, pricing, finance, customer experience, and organizational development. This leader will integrate these functions to improve revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, service quality, and organizational capability across the portfolio.
The role will also lead the integration of newly acquired businesses into the OEP family. This includes setting strategic goals, establishing alignment with founders and management teams, implementing financial and operating processes, clarifying performance expectations, identifying growth and efficiency opportunities, and supporting each business through organizational change.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable reviewing financial statements, coaching a local leader, evaluating marketing performance, addressing operational challenges, and working alongside teams in the field. Success requires frequent in-person travel, strong business judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment.
We anticipate this role will scale to lead $100M+ of revenue and reports directly to the Platform President.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the consolidated P&L and overall financial performance of approximately 5-10 operating companies/brands, including revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.

- Use financial and operating data to identify performance gaps, prioritize opportunities, allocate resources, and establish corrective action plans.
- Serve as the primary operating partner, coach, and mentor to local Presidents, General Managers, and leadership teams, while maintaining clear expectations and accountability for results.
- Develop leadership capability across the portfolio through talent assessment, recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and ongoing coaching.
- Coordinate execution across operations, sales, marketing, recruiting, pricing, finance, customer service, and other business functions to achieve portfolio objectives.
- Partner with OEP functional leaders to implement scalable tools, processes, and best practices while preserving the strengths and local identity of each operating company.
- Improve key performance drivers, including lead generation, sales conversion, pricing, job profitability, labor productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
- Lead the operational integration of newly acquired businesses, including people, processes, systems, reporting, budgeting, performance management, and organizational alignment.
- Establish operating rhythms, key performance indicators, and accountability processes across newly acquired and existing businesses.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and resources across brands and markets to accelerate growth and improve operating performance.
- Maintain a frequent in-market presence through site visits, leadership meetings, field observations, and direct engagement with local teams.
- Understand the key drivers of enterprise value and translate them into practical priorities, actions, coaching, and investment decisions.
- Present to the board of directors on portfolio performance and strategic plans.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations, or a related field; MBA from a top institution is a plus
- 7+ years of progressive operating leadership experience with meaningful P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading a multi-location, multi-brand, or decentralized service business.
- Track record of improving revenue growth, EBITDA, operational performance, and organizational capability.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, financial statement analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience coaching and developing General Managers, Presidents, founders, or other senior operating leaders.
- Broad functional understanding across operations, sales, marketing, human resources, finance, and customer experience.
- Experience integrating acquisitions or leading businesses through significant organizational change.
