About the Role

As a core member of the Project Services Team, the Onboarding Engineer is responsible for delivering a seamless, white-glove onboarding experience for new NetCov clients. This role is ideal for a technically strong, detail-oriented engineer who excels at orchestrating complex onboarding workflows across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365).

The Onboarding Engineer collaborates closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure all technical onboarding activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with NetCov’s quality standards. This includes assessing client environments, migrating systems, standardizing configurations, building documentation, and ensuring operational readiness for long-term managed support.
