Retirement Benefit Specialist (Bridgeton, MO)
Position Summary - Help members through one of life's biggest milestones—retirement. As a Retirement Benefit Specialist, you'll guide members through retirement and beneficiary application processes, ensure benefits are processed accurately, and provide exceptional customer service in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
  • Review retirement and death benefit applications for completeness.
  • Contact applicants to obtain missing information.
  • Answer member questions regarding retirement eligibility and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors to process benefit payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities.
  • Support audits, reports, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Administrative, customer service, financial services, or retirement experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • No retirement administration experience required—we provide training.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
Work Schedule - Full time. Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. Required in office (no at-home days).

Pay - Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 - $20.00. Actual rate dependent on location, skills, education, experience and other business factors.
