| Pension Coordinator I (Portland, OR) Summary - Third Party Administrator is seeking a Pension Coordinator. This is an entry level job. Experience in the administration of retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, is preferred but not required. Spanish as a second language is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience - High School diploma or GED and some college and/or job-related experience. Language Skills - Ability to read documents and communicate professionally and clearly. Mathematical Skills - Ability to apply concepts of basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Must be able to understand and apply knowledge of decimals, fractions, and percentages. Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions. Work Schedule - Full time. Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Pay - The hourly rate for this position is $23.55, with a $1.00/hour increase after 6 months. This is a union position. The pay rate is based on the terms of the collective bargaining agreement. Wage rates may be dependent on location, skills, education, experience, and other business factors.
