| Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (Carmel, IN) Summary We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Quality Assurance Business Analyst. You’ll be working with our QA team to test development changes, and our BA team to investigate issues reported by clients, provide end-user training where needed, and write documentation. It would be helpful to have background knowledge in health insurance and/or Software as a Service (SaaS), although this is not a requirement. The best candidate will be a team player who is enthusiastic and loves to learn! Applicant must be located in the greater Indianapolis area and able to commute to our Carmel, IN office. Business Analyst Requirements
Physical Requirements - Extended periods of sitting/standing. Extensive keyboarding. Work Schedule - Full time. Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. Flexible/hybrid schedules available with the potential to work from home occasionally after demonstrated performance. Must be located in the greater Indianapolis area and able to commute to our Carmel, IN office. Competitive Benefits and Compensation Package
Pay - Salary for this position is $70,000 annually. Salary offered dependent on skills, experience, education, location and other business factors.
