Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference:

We’re looking for a driven, high-output Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in scaling our workforce. This isn’t a passive recruiting role. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Apprentice pipelines, directly impacting hiring outcomes tied to our Rooted Program.

You’ll partner closely with operational leaders and Learning & Development to ensure we’re not just filling roles, but building sustainable talent pipelines and career pathways. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to build momentum in your pipeline, and take ownership of results, this is the kind of role where you can make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting for BT, RBT, and Apprentice roles.
  • Pipeline development aligned to contingent staffing goals and the Rooted Program.
  • Candidate experience from first outreach through offer and start.
  • Hiring outcomes—not just activity metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers, Area Leaders, and Regional Leaders to align hiring priorities.
  • Source, engage, and recruit candidates across assigned pipelines.
  • Conduct candidate prescreens and make informed hiring recommendations.
  • Manage candidate relationships and maintain engagement throughout the process.
  • Generate and deliver offers in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Track and manage pipeline activity within the ATS.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to support intern, apprentice, and resident tracking.
  • Support onboarding activities as needed.
  • Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach.
  • Post and manage requisitions to meet hiring timelines and staffing needs.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement from outreach through start date.
  • Independently manage pipelines and requisitions to hit hiring goals.
  • Keep ATS data accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • Provide reporting and insights on recruiting performance.
  • Partner effectively with BCBA recruiting and Learning & Development teams.
  • Take ownership of outcomes and continuously improve pipeline health.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare or ABA environments (highly preferred)
  • May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to assess talent and make sound hiring recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

Why Join BI:

  • Compensation: Hourly paid role offering $21.00-22.00, which is based on recruiting experience.
  • Work-Life Balance: 10 days PTO, 7 paid holidays.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, and Supplemental Insurance Policies.
  • Wellbeing: Tools and programs to support physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Comprehensive support.

  • Career Growth: Be part of an expanding organization that will double in size within 18 months, opening doors for professional advancement and leadership opportunities.
  • Mission-Driven Work: Provide client-centered, evidence-based behavioral therapy for children with autism in a nurturing learning environment.

  • Values-Driven Organization: Caring, Collaborative, Accountable, and Family-Focused.

  • Award-Winning Culture: Recognized for clinical excellence and ethical standards.
  • Recognized Industry Leader: Named Company of the Year in 2022, reflecting our continued growth and impact in the ABA field.

  • National Recognition: Proudly ranked on the Inc. 5000 list as one of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies — for 3 consecutive years!
