Location: Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway)

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite 5 days a week during training period with ability to transition to Hybrid; based on performance

Industry: Behavioral Healthcare, providing early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy

Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference:

As an Intake Associate you will be the first point of contact for families seeking diagnostic and/or ABA services. At Behavioral Innovations, every client’s story is unique, and as an Intake Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping families access life-changing ABA therapy quickly and seamlessly. Responsibilities:

• Engage with families via phone, email, chat, and text to deliver a high-quality customer experience and drive timely enrollment.

• Ask targeted qualifying questions and actively listen to assess client needs and eligibility.

• Educate families on Behavioral Innovations, diagnostic services, and ABA therapy.

• Accurately document all client, provider, and insurance information in designated systems (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Sign, CentralReach) and support daily and weekly audits.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience as an Intake Specialist is a healthcare setting highly preferred
• Experience with Intake and/or sales as you will be receiving inbound calls/making outbound calls and using other forms of communication to prospective clients who have requested information about our service
• Experience with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, continually changing, and results-oriented environment as part of a rapidly growing organization
• Ability to multi-task; listening, typing, taking notes, and working with different systems with efficiency.
• Accurate and timely data entry is crucial in this role, as the information entered will directly contribute to the maintenance of precise and up-to-date medical records, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and administrative efficiency
