We're Hiring: Scheduler Team Lead!
Location: Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Required to work onsite | Eligible for a hybrid schedule after the 60–90 day training period based on individual performance.

The Scheduler Team Lead plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the scheduling team while ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant staff and client schedules across Behavioral Innovations centers. This role combines hands-on scheduling expertise with leadership responsibilities, including training, mentoring, and supporting team members to meet departmental and organizational goals. The Scheduler Team Lead acts as a resource and escalation point for complex scheduling issues and collaborates with center leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules align with clinical needs, payor requirements, and internal policies. This position also focuses on identifying and solving scheduling inefficiencies and helping to maintain high standards in scheduling quality, team collaboration, and client care continuity.
- Oversee day-to-day workflow of schedulers across assigned regions or centers.
- Partner with center leadership to improve scheduling processes, client access, and staff utilization.
- Review schedules regularly for accuracy and alignment with treatment prescriptions and staffing resources.
- Lead team huddles or check-ins to communicate updates, share best practices, and problem-solve.
- Coordinate cross-training of scheduling team members to enhance versatility and coverage.
- Participate in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on team performance and challenges.
- Serve as a liaison between the scheduling team and other departments including clinical, intake, and billing.
- Perform scheduling duties as needed to support team capacity or address urgent needs.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, preferably within a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
- Prior experience using Central Reach required.
- Experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership, training, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex scheduling or operational issues.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of billing processes, CPT codes, and healthcare scheduling compliance.
- Proficiency in using CentralReach and Microsoft Office Suite.
