Your Role and What You'll Do:
As a Data Analyst, you will serve as a key contributor to the Business Intelligence team, supporting both operational teams and leadership with accurate, dependable reporting. This is a hands-on role focused on execution and accountability, requiring someone who values clean data, well-defined requirements, and consistent follow-through. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards in alignment with the BI development roadmap, while also delivering timely ad hoc reports to meet evolving business needs. In this role, you will collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, develop clear and effective visualizations that support sound decision-making, and perform data quality checks to ensure reporting integrity. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements, resolve discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve processes through data-driven insights, while responding to reporting requests in a professional and straightforward manner as the organization continues to grow.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of data visualization best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience with DAX formulas and Power Query
Basic SQL knowledge or experience working with relational databases
Understanding of data modeling concepts
Exposure to healthcare, behavioral health, or service-based operations
