Overview

We're Growing — and Hiring a Hands-On Revenue Cycle Manager!

Location: Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway)

Industry: Healthcare or Behavioral Health, highly preferred.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Onsite-role

About Behavioral Innovations:

For over 25 years, Behavioral Innovations (BI) has been transforming lives by providing compassionate, individualized, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years. With 100+ locations across TX, OK, CO, VA, and MD — and expansion into 4 additional states within the next 18 months — we’re experiencing significant growth and doubling in size. This is an exciting time to join BI and be part of our next phase of nationwide expansion.

Your Role & What You'll Do:

We're looking for a hands-on, working manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. This isn't just about delegating - it's about doing. You'll directly manage billing and collections processes, resolve complex issues, and drive performance improvements while mentoring a talented Revenue Cycle team. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll play an integral role in shaping the financial success of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. If you’re a proactive leader with expertise in revenue cycle management, we want to hear from you!

  • Lead and manage all billing and accounts receivable (AR) resolution activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Actively participate in daily billing, payment posting and collections - not just overseeing, but performing when needed to set the standard.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback, ongoing training, coaching and process improvement strategies.

  • Analyze reports and payer data to identify trends, reduce aged AR, and improve reimbursement rates.

  • Collaborate with payers and internal teams to resolve denials, prevent backlogs, and maintain compliance.

  • Ensure accurate posting of refunds, recoups, and reconciliation updates.

  • Serve as a servant leader, promoting a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.

  • Drive innovation and scalability as BI expands to new states — building efficient, replicable revenue cycle systems to support rapid growth.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading in healthcare revenue cycle management, with leadership in billing and AR operations - required.
  • Required to work onsite at our corporate office located in Addison, TX.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field - highly preferred.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavioral health is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in billing, collections, and AR resolution — this is a “working manager” role, not a purely administrative position.
  • Strong understanding of payer requirements, medical billing, and the full revenue cycle process.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams (15+ members).

  • Proficiency with EMR and billing systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Payer-facing and data-driven leadership style.

  • Experience managing multi-state operations.

  • Success in scaling teams and processes during high-growth phases.

  • Track record of implementing metrics and driving measurable improvement.

Why Choose Behavioral Innovations:

  • Competitive Base Salary + Annual Bonus.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance.
  • Wellbeing & EAP Programs: Supporting your personal and professional wellness.
  • Career Growth: Be part of an expanding organization that will double in size within 18 months, opening doors for professional advancement and leadership opportunities.
  • Family-Centric Culture: Recognized for clinical excellence, integrity, and innovation
  • Mission-Driven Work: Transform the lives of children with autism while building a stronger future for yourself and your team.
  • Recognized Industry Leader: Named Company of the Year in 2022, reflecting our continued growth and impact in the ABA field.

  • National Recognition: Proudly ranked on the Inc. 5000 list as one of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies — for 3 consecutive years!

Ready to Make an Impact? If you’re a results-driven working manager who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and takes pride in both leading and doing, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and help us continue building brighter futures — one family at a time.
