With 100+ locations across TX, OK, CO, VA, MD and continued expansion on the horizon, we're looking for a high-performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst - or Senior Analyst - to join our Finance team,
Your Role and Impact:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial insight, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll own core FP&A functions including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, while also supporting strategic growth initiatives such as new market development and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes across business units.
Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis, providing clear and actionable insights to business and finance leadership.
Build, refine, and maintain financial models to evaluate operating performance, new market opportunities, and investment returns.
Support corporate development activities, including financial due diligence.
Partner with leadership to analyze business trends, performance drivers, and financial KPIs.
Generate monthly and quarterly management reports summarizing financial performance for executive review.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Support month-end close activities and ensure reporting accuracy.
Assist with the preparation of Board and investor presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial information.
Conduct basic profitability and performance analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, and Corporate teams to ensure alignment between business plans and financial objectives.
Performance Expectations (Outcomes):
Demonstrate proficiency in existing reporting and forecasting models within 90 days.
Enhance model functionality and reporting efficiency within 180 days.
Deliver actionable variance analysis that supports business decisions.
Contribute to month-end close within established timelines.
Build strong relationships with business unit leaders to support financial planning.
Identify and resolve financial reporting discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in FP&A, financial modeling, corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A analysis.
- Proven expertise in building and managing complex financial and valuation models (Not DCF models).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-site healthcare, behavioral health, or private equity-backed environments.
- Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems (Excel, Power BI).
- Experience supporting M&A, investment, or corporate development projects.
