We are seeking a Physician Liaison in Raleigh/Durham, NC to help expand our presence in the region. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a background in ABA, pediatrics, healthcare sales, medical sales, or physician outreach who is passionate about connecting families with life-changing services.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and grow referral networks with healthcare providers (pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, etc.) as well as hospitals, clinics, schools, and community organizations serving children with autism.
• Drive territory development through cold calling, physician visits, and presentations to educate providers about BI’s ABA therapy programs.
• Partner with physicians and referral sources to increase awareness of autism diagnosis, early intervention, and access to ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and center teams to ensure referrals are managed efficiently and admissions goals are met.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage outreach activities, track referral outcomes, and build a strong pipeline.
• Represent BI at community events, pediatric healthcare conferences, and professional networking meetings.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends in pediatrics, behavioral health, and ABA therapy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Required Experience:
  • 3+ years in medical sales, healthcare business development, or physician liaison/physician outreach.
  • Strong track record of territory management and quota achievement in a referral-driven model.
  • Skilled in public speaking, account management, and building long-term physician relationships.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Sales or liaison experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, autism services, or therapy-based healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Naturally strategic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking, with a talent for using data and insights to uncover growth opportunities
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to clearly articulate value, build trusted long-term relationships, and effectively educate referral sources
