We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead our digital storytelling and strengthen our brand’s voice across email, social, and multi-format content. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Brand Experience.

Your Role and How You’ll Make a Difference:

We’re seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to own our digital storytelling across email, social, and multi-format content. This role blends creative execution with data-driven strategy — managing campaigns, building engagement, and driving leads through targeted email marketing, social media management, and content creation. You’ll also collaborate with influencers, oversee webinars/podcasts, and track performance to continually optimize results.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes:

  • Plan, build, and execute targeted campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Segment audiences for personalization that drives higher engagement.

  • Create automated journeys for nurturing leads, client updates, and event promotion.

  • Run A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and send times.

  • Track performance and provide insights with clear recommendations.

  • Develop and manage organic content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

  • Adapt strategies based on trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
  • Engage daily with audiences to strengthen community presence.

  • Manage influencer and ambassador partnerships, including contracts and performance tracking.
  • Build an annual content plan aligned with business priorities.

  • Create and repurpose blogs, videos, podcasts, infographics, newsletters, and testimonials.

  • Ensure all content for SEO and digital reach is optimized.

  • Support live and in-person events with promotion, coverage, and recaps.

  • Travel to centers (local and national) as needed for content creation.

  • Develop an annual content plan aligned with business goals.
  • Create and repurpose blogs, infographics, videos, podcasts, newsletters, and testimonials.
  • Support in-person events with pre-promotion, live coverage, and post-event recaps.
  • Flexibility to travel to centers (local and national) for content creation.
  • Boost qualified lead generation by 15% YoY through increased social CTRs, follower growth, and engagement rates.
  • Improve average email open rates by 10% and click-through rates by 15% within 6 months.
  • Achieve a 30% increase in webinar/podcast attendance and subsequently qualified lead gen within 12 months.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications/Skills):

  • 4+ years in social media management, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for segmentation, automation, and analytics.
  • Proficient in Figma for digital and social asset creation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
  • Experience managing influence partnerships.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to edit videos in-house using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Experience working with external producers to create high-quality, brand-aligned video content.
