We're Hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist III to join our BCBA recruiting team!

Location: Corporate Home Office, which is located in Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm | Required to work onsite, with ability to go to TA hybrid schedule based on performance.

Position Summary:

As a member of the BI Talent Acquisition Team, The Talent Acquisition Specialist III, focuses on apprentice-related recruiting and managing university partnerships. Provides support in recruiting RBTs for the BI Intern program, and supports BCBA recruiting, as needed.

Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for apprenticeship program.
  • Timely and accurately provides Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Contingent offers to internal and external candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions.
  • Works directly with Learning & Development (L&D) team for accurate tracking and record keeping of interns, apprentices and residents.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress in the ATS.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Post all ABA Apprentice positions.
  • Refresh job posting no less than every 30 days.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure efficient and timely hire.
  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned

Expectations:

  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruiting process.
  • Move candidates through Applicant Tracking System iCIMS.
  • Provide Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting as needed.
  • Accurate reporting to Learning & Development (L&D) team.
  • Provides recruiting support to Behavioral Therapists (BTs) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) recruiting team as needed.
  • Provides recruiting support to Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recruiting team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Applied Behavior Analysts (ABA) experience highly preferred.
  • 18+ months of previous Talent Acquisition experience.
  • May substitute, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
