We're Seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our Mission-Driven Team!

As the Revenue Cycle Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial success while leading a team committed to excellence in medical billing and revenue cycle operations. You will measure and monitor the performance of the RCM team that's engaged in processing claims and resolving outstanding accounts receivable (AR). What we are looking for!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in healthcare, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience (preferred).
- This position requires onsite work at our corporate office in Addison, TX.
- Solid understanding of staff management, healthcare services, and business strategies
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and billing systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
You're Role & What You'll Do:
- Manage all billing and AR resolution activities by fostering a productive work en
- Monitor and measure billing team productivity and quality, implementing continuous improvement methodologies to optimize AR follow-up and billing practices.
- Evaluate the performance of the team and provide real-time feedback and training, as needed.
- Create, maintain, and review analytics and reports pertaining to all billing activities and leverage data to inform improvement plans and initiatives.
- Perform billing duties including but not limited to Billing Data Entry (BDE), Charge Entry, Claim Submission, and EDI Rejects, as needed to support the team.
- Identify and communicate trends and issues with insurance denials and billing edits and propose solutions to the management team.
- Support other billing functions to prevent or eliminate daily backlogs (functions include but not limited to Claim Rejections and Unbilled Claims) as needed to support the team.
- Stay current on payer requirements and other pertinent industry knowledge via research to ensure guidelines and procedures are being met for each payer, as needed to support the team.
- Ensure all refund and recoups transactions are posted and communicate reconciliation updates
- Review and work all claims and denials to meet reimbursement expectations for all services rendered.
- Proactively manage and follow-up on accounts receivables (AR) aged greater than 45 days
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for collections and denial management activities
- Analyze reporting and analytics to reduce AR by contacting payers and escalating issues to resolve unpaid / underpaid claims
- Work in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence, as needed to support the team.

- Familiar with Electronic Medical Records and Billing Systems.
