Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead operational strategy, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across all divisions.
- Develop and mentor department leaders to strengthen teamwork, accountability, and communication.
- Implement systems, KPIs, and best practices that support growth and long-term sustainability.
- Partner with leadership to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Drive financial performance through smart forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Promote a company culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand the footprint across the region.
- Strengthen relationships with insurance partners, adjusters, property managers, and community members.
- Guide and support a talented restoration team across sales, operations, and project management to ensure every customer feels taken care of.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and supportive culture where people are encouraged to do their best work.
- Oversee operations, streamline processes, and ensure every project meets our standards for quality, safety, and communication.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to set goals, improve systems, and position PCRS for long-term success.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in disaster restoration, construction, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage multi-department operations and lead organizational growth.
- Strong background in business strategy, budgeting, and performance management.
- Skilled communicator and motivator with a hands-on, team-oriented leadership style.
